I used the Polka Dot and Vintage Wallpaper Embossing folders. A corner punch I've had for a long time.
Also the Framelits Label Collection to cut out the white piece.
The flower I made out of a coffee filter and punched out using the Blossom Punch and then inked
with Yoyo Yellow.

TSOT Challenge #119
