Stampin' Up! Celebrate Sunflowers

My last September Birthday Card- Slimline Sunflowers! I saw this online and added my own touch. No Sentiment, and I use Liquid Pearls in the center of the flowers. I used the Stampin' Up! "Celebrate Sunflowers" stamp set and dies. Also a retired SU! set called "Itty Bitty Backgrounds". The coloring was done with watercolor pencils.

Shadow Box Card

We have three grandkids with Birthday's this month, I think one of them will like this card. I got the idea for the Shadow Box from "The Songbird Stamper" page. She had the best tutorial I could find for this style. Thank You. I used the Stampin' Up! Stamp set "Whale Done" and the SU! "Seabed" Embossing Folder.

These are the three cards we made at our card class in August.  We met in my home and had a great turn out (9).  I apologize for the picture that didn't turn out-too dark. Too much light from the window.

Teen Birthday Card

I got this idea for this card from my friend LeAnn Skinner at Stamping Tornado. Like her I have a granddaughter who will be 13 soon and when I saw this card I knew I had to make it for her. She loves to paint her nails! I used white cardstock for the base, then a mat of Highland Heather  embossed with the Su! Elegant Dots, Next I cut out triangles and a strip of DSP from "Best Dressed" 6x6 paper and matted it on Old Olive cardstock. I didn't have the stamp set for "Best Dressed" so I hand cut out my images used a white gel pen to outline with and made little tags. I then used my Wink a Stella pen on the bottles. The sentiment is from the SU! stamp set "Lots to Celebrate" and stamped in Gorgeous Grape ink.  also the cardstock colors I used for the bottles are Highland Heather, Gorgeous Grape and Old Olive.
