Challenge #42
Here's the challenge this week for "Try Stampin' On Tuesday".
I just love the Stampin' Up Big Shot. I don't own one yet (it's on my Christmas wish list) but I used my friend Ruth's. The snowflake background is embossed using the Big Shot. Then I divided the card using green ribbon. Stamped one large cardinal and colored it with markers and stickled the needles and breast of the bird. The other was stamped with one of my first Stampin' Up sets, "Natures Christmas". I colored it in with metallic gel pens and stickled the roof. Very quick and easy.

This card we made last Friday at my once
a month Stampin' Class.
White for the base. Then we layered green, red,
and black CS. Used my new Stampin' Up Ornament puch and stamp set. Some of the ladies really showed their talents and stickled the ornaments. Very easy. We had a great time.
Kris led us in a couple more cards, unfortunately I don't have them to show. Thank you, Kris.

Challenge #41
For this weeks challenge I used the Stampin' Up stamp sets Frosty and Lovely As a Tree.
I stamped off the tree used stickles on the ground and in the sky. I was going for snow.
Then I cut it apart and layered the pieces.
I colored Frosty with metalic gel pens. Added a few stickles snowflakes and layered him cutting the circles with scalloped scissors. Very easy.

Challenge # 39
I didn't get my card done on time for last weeks challenge, but got an early start on this weeks.
I found some ribbon I had a cut it out and used it across the top of the card. Then I took an old Christmas card from last year and cut it with scallop scissors and attached to the bottom of the card and added the sentiment. I had this old stamp and colored it with watercolor pencils and stickled the snow. Added a pearl to the snowflakes and a big snowflake my Mom gave me.

Challenge #37
"Try Stampin On Tuesday"
challenge this week. Thought I'd go Christmas.
I used the Stampin' Up stamp sets Delight in Life and Pines. Love these two sets! Also a Cardinal stamp I picked up at Michael's. I stamped the background with the pine bough in craft white.
I used a Martha Stewart border punch. The cardinal has red stickles on his breast and diamond stickles on the pine needles. Then I cut out the flowers and Uteed them to make them shine and added a snowflake brad.
Very fun!!
