No it's not another TP Roll Mini, It's a mini made out of coin envelopes. They measure 2 1/2" x 4".
I love this paper pack from Colorbok that I bought at Walmart. The front and back covers are made from cereal boxes then covered with the pretty paper. I inked all the edges and used my Fiskars border punch on all the inside right edge pages cutting off the flaps. I used lots of fibers (white fun fur) and ribbons and a lot of rhinestones. The front cover is bordered by blue, green, red, clear rhinestones and pearls. The sentement at the top says Memories and I used Glossy Accents to give it shine. This time to hold the mini together I used one hole punched in the center and used a book ring. I tied all manor of fibers and ribbons to it. The charms are hard to see but, I used a blue safety pin pinned it to the ring and hung all the charms from it. A silver butterfly, silver snowflake, and a couple of things I don't know what they are called. I didn't take photos of all the tags but there are a lot.

Here I made a pocket out of matching CS and adhered a vellum dragonfly. I inked up the flowers with Lime and Yellow ink and then inked up the other two flowers with Brilliant Blue from Stampin' Up.

I made a double pocket on this page to hold 2-3 tags each. I inked the edges of the pockets with Prussia Blue added some pearls across the top pocket and a big flower to the left.

On this page I took a paper doilie and folded it into a cone shape and made a pocket out of it for the tags. I adhered a bird at the bottom. The bird is actually a set of three tags held together with a blue brad. I used a bird sticker on the first one.

To this page I attached a big vellum butterfly from the K&Company vellum pack I bought at Micheal's. I used Diamond Stickles on the wings and the body of the butterfly.
Then I cut a piece of acetate and stamped butterflies in Gold ink. This piece just lays over the page.

This paper pack is so pretty with embossed/glittered flowers and butterflies.
So I left it alone but added the two dragonfly stickers. Also I attached this flower from the K&Company sticker pack.

To this page I cut a piece of acetate and stamped gold butterflies onto it and adhered it so I could use it as a pocket. The big flower is on a side pocket tag.
I punched out 1 3/4" circles and edged them with Prussia Blue from Colorbox. To one I added a blue brad through a flower I inked with the Brilliant Blue and to another I attached a green brad and stamped a swirly design in Gold ink. The third tag I left plain.

I like the butterflies on this page so I left it alone except for the Bling swirls.
I had this chipboard tag that matched in color so I added a bird from K&Company sticker pack and the lace I inked with Green Galore from Stampin' Up and tied it to the tag.

The lace was inked with Green Galore from Stampin' Up. This made a pocket to slip the tags under.

I inked some white flowers I had with a pearl in the center with Green Galore and Ballet Blue from Stampin' Up. A Bling flower attached to the top right corner.

This page I left as is but, added the ribbon and the Bling.

Back cover. Again the paper is so pretty I left it alone but, I did add a bird from K&Company sticker pack.
