I knitted this scarf. Not sure how I'll use it as a gift or enter it in the Fair.

Festive Flurry Framelits Dies Paper: Winter Frost Specialty DSP, Whisper White CS, Marina Mist CS, the blue and sparkly white for the snowflakes were some paper I received from my friend Linda last year. Northern Flurry EF Dimensionals to pop-up the snowflake.
This technique is called Glowing Lights. You take a white gel pen and make little dots randomly over the green trees and then using SU Chalks and a Q-Tip in a circular motion go over the white dots leaving some white. The background is the Swiss Dot EF. Add a few rhinestones at the top of your tree and you're done. Paper: White CS, very Dark Green from a Michael's Christmas pack. White Gel Pen and a Gold gel pen for garland. SU Chalks Rhinestone Embellishments.
Stamps: Retired Come To Bethlehem Paper: SU CS Pool Party, Winter Frost Specialty DSP Ink: SU Real Red Embellishment: Frosted Finishes Embellishments
