I added a silver ribbon with a dark blue ribbon over it to the background. I had a dark blue flower and leaves from a sequin pack I've had forever and put a blue gem in the center of the flower. I like the light blue gems at the right corner, a bit of Bling.
The photos of each of our kids are mounted on circles I punched with a Stampin' Up 1 3/4"
punch. I attached all three with a brown brad so they swivel.
